Vintage Little Velvet Jewel Dress

This beautiful little rich velvet dress in vibrant turquoise has gem like qualities! It is hand made and would origniate from as early as the sixties I believe. I love the little square neckline and the frill detailing that is echoed in the wavy stitching in the chest panel. 

I have a picture of it on Thelma which was taken over lockdown when we made The Paper Dolls for World Book Day.
