This exquisite party dress was made in England in the late fifties or early sixties and has stood the test of time having been lovingly looked after for all these years. The dress has lace over powder blue underlay with three skirt layers and a gorgeous bow to the back. It would look super cool dressed down with Converse as much as it would with party shoes.
